So, not only did I name our group Planetary Paws,

“Sit, Stay, Heal” has become our roadmap for learning.

If ever there was a time to learn how to sit quietly and be with oneself, we have arrived. With a background in—and passion for—Insight Meditation, I am following a humble call to teach what I know. You are invited to join me and a group of spiritual warriors as we relax our nervous systems, practice mindfulness and give our reactive brains a welcome chill pill.

Looking for a break from life's turbulence?

You are not alone. Together in community, we have been fostering a compassionate calm amidst the daily storm, a warm connected embrace amidst physical isolation.

You are invited to bask in stillness as we come home to our breath and full conscious awareness of our thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations. Pulling from years of Insight Meditation (Vipassana), I will guide the group into lighthearted stillness so that we may tame our monkey minds and embrace a deeper awareness of our truest nature.

S T A Y in community, and  

H E A L what hurts us as we integrate our newfound insights from meditation.  

This guided mindfulness group is suitable for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.

Drop-ins are welcome.

Anticipate:  

10:00am CST: 5 minute arrival / check-in 

10:05am CST: 30 minutes guided meditation 

10:35am CST: 5-15 minute reflections & questions  

All meditation sessions are 100% free of charge. If you wish to practice generosity, perhaps as part of your spiritual path, donations are graciously accepted.
